'Buy Trade Phones provide a full range of Telephone
systems from Panasonic through to other market
leading brands. We are a customer facing company,
and excellent after-sales support is key to us.
Unfortunately these days, this level of service
is unheard of in the UK Telecommunications industry.
A major part of our Telephony solution is BT
exchange lines, BT being the largest single Telecoms
network in the UK, are unable to offer a personal
service to their clients due to their size. This
dilemma forced us to look for smaller Telecoms
Network suppliers, who could offer us an alternative
to BT and more. We tried various suppliers who
will not name, some were ok, but as soon as we
increased our business, sadly their service began
to fail us. One of these suppliers even stole
our client base and accrued commissions, this
left us with very little trust in Network suppliers.
Then one day we received a call from Catherine
Phillipson, from Network One, she introduced herself
to us, and quickly gained our trust and belief,
with her past experience in BTs corporate
Telephone network services arena. She seemed to
have a deep understanding of the challenges facing
us, like competitors and meeting our clients
needs. The unique selling point Catherine had
over other suppliers, was her attention to detail,
tenacious attitude, and above all her honesty
and trustworthiness shone through.
We have been a client of Network One for almost
4 years now, and we have never looked back. Our
business client list with NTE, has now extended
to include many blue-chip and corporate clients.
On our recommendation, they have all brought their
lines and calls across to NTE, and are now managed

'I find that delivery of products ordered
is excellent, products usually following the next
day. The ordering of lines is normally within
ten days. ISDN channels will take longer.
The support provided by the Network One team
enables me to keep my customers happy. The system
whereby NTE contact the end user, to establish
requirements, is beneficial both to me and my
customers, and also increases, the benefit of
getting the correct system and services they want
from day one.
Nearly all customers, are too busy to fill in
forms, they just want someone to do the work for
them. NTE is able to do this, the contract is
filled in, from the information obtained at the
initial contact, then sent direct to the customer
for signing and return, to NTE.
Our customers have said they like the contracts
that are filled out for them; this saves them
time and more to the point it is filled in correctly.'
